Shipping Information

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of receiving payment.

• UK Delivery: All orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £9.99 on all UK orders.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Non-returnable items include:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)

Your Right to Cancel

In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel your order, please notify us by email at info@vacuslim48uk.com, including your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, you must return the items in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 14 days of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original method of payment.
